Refund & Return Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Return Email us at support.thegravelsociety@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging

Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us at support.thegravelsociety@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
